Join Ashaleah for a special candlelit Sound Bath Ceremony to honor the changing of the seasons.

As we transition into winter and continue our shift into a time of rest and release, we can consciously choose what we are ready to let go of.

This experience will use meditation, light breathwork and a powerfully clearing gong bath to help us release any old patterns and beliefs that limit us before we step into 2023.

The gong's vibrations wash over you and can be felt throughout the body, shaking up physical, mental, and energetic blockages. The gong can reset the Nervous System allowing it to return to a state of balance and out of our conditioned go-go-go mode.

Please bring a blanket, mat, pillow, anything to make yourself completely comfortable. Some yoga mats and blankets available.

Cost: $25

Each participant will receive a small gift at the end of the session to use as we transition into the hibernation of winter.
