Join Ashaleah for a special Sound Bath Ceremony on Sunday, Dec 17 at 6pm to celebrate the shift into the stillness of winter.

This experience will use meditation & mantra that focus on release as we settle into the shedding that occur during this transition. There will also be a powerfully clearing sound bath using the gong, crystal bowls and chimes.

The gong's vibrations wash over you and can be felt throughout the body, shaking up physical, mental, and energetic blockages. The gong can reset the Nervous System allowing it to return to a state of balance and out of our conditioned go-go-go mode.

Please bring a blanket, mat, pillow, anything to make yourself completely comfortable.
