Join Jill under the Dome for 90 minutes of relaxing and grounding Yin Yoga and Pranayama Breathwork!

Yin yoga is a calm, quiet, and deep practice for releasing tension in the tissues, clearing energetic blockages, and enhancing circulation. When practicing Yin Yoga, we hold passive postures for long periods of time. This allows for deep opening in the connective tissues.

At the end of class, we will practice some centering Pranayama breathwork.

Bring your yoga mat and join Jill for a calm and quiet class - one that will lengthen your body and leave you feeling rested and restored.

Pre-registration is required.

For parking, look for Lot B on the SIUE campus. Parking is free on Sundays.
