Join Jill under the Dome for 90 minutes of relaxing and grounding Yin Yoga and Pranayama Breathwork welcoming the season of Spring!

Yin yoga is a calm, quiet, and deep practice for releasing tension in the tissues, clearing energetic blockages, and enhancing circulation. It is perfect for transitioning into a new season – think of it as spring cleaning for the mind & body!

At the end of class, we will practice some centering Pranayama breathwork.

Bring your yoga mat and join Jill for a calm and quiet class - one that will leave you feeling rested, restored and ready for Spring.

For parking, look for Lot B on the SIUE campus. Parking is free on Sundays.
