Join Jill under the Dome for 90 minutes of relaxing and grounding Yin Yoga and Pranayama Breathwork!
Yin yoga is a calm, quiet, and deep practice for releasing tension in the tissues, clearing energetic blockages, and enhancing circulation. This class will focus on Yin poses to release tension in the neck, shoulders and spine.
At the end of class, we will practice some centering Pranayama breathwork.
Bring your yoga mat, and join Jill for a calm and quiet class - one that will lengthen your body and leave you feeling rested and restored.
For parking, look for Lot B on the SIUE campus. Parking is free on Sundays.
