Join Jill under the Dome 🌎 for 90 minutes of relaxing and grounding Somatic Movement and Yin Yoga all focused on spinal fluidity.

We will gently move the spine in all dimensions - forward folding, back bending, side bending and twisting.

Yin yoga is a calm, quiet, and deep practice for releasing tension in the tissues, clearing energetic blockages, and enhancing circulation.

Somatic movement features sliding and gliding movements of the spine while lying on our backs.
