Balanced Flow is a vinyasa flow yoga practice complemented with relaxing stretches at beginning and end. The class starts with centering and warming up, followed by a more active vinyasa flow practice and finishes with relaxing asanas to stretch the body and quiet the mind. Modifications are offered throughout the practice. Open to all levels of experience.
$14 per class, $11 for students
Pre-registration is required. No tickets will be available at the door.
